Underpinning

The term underpinning is used to describe the effort of getting beneath a sinking foundation and lifting or stablizing it. HPS foundation lifting system does exactly that.

Once a problem with the foundation has been identified call the nearest HPS installer for an inspection of the foundation. Foundations can be repaired, but the root cause needs to be addressed.

Underpinning can be done both on the outside and inside of existing buildings. When underpinning on the inside, the existing floor needs to be cut out so the piers can be embedded and the Dura-Lift brackets installed.

HPS installers are experienced with all types of remediations. Whether it is a new addition slipping away or the building is sinking as a whole, HPS installers have the knowledge and expertise to complete the job.
