Modular Homes

Modular / Manufactured Homes

Utilizing the modular home plans and the developer plans, helical piers are installed throughout the area to extact locations specified through surveying. The piers are cut to elevation and ready to for the modular structure to be placed on top.

Manufactured Homes can immediately be set on top of the helical pier foundations

Here, helicals are installed to elevation one by one. As the installer embeds another lead section workers quickly add extensions. The installer is required to embed the helical piers to a pre-determined torque-on-install. Extensions may be continually added until the desired torque is met.

skirting is added to protect the helical piers from the elements

Some areas require the piers to be embedded in excess of 70 feet, where other areas piers simply are installed below the frost line.
