Mobile Homes

Helical Piers are installed and placed into position according to design of the mobile home manufacturer.

The mobile home is placed onto the piers and welded securely to the frame of the building. Cross bracing maybe required to support the building against lateral or wind loading. Larger diameter piers are better suited for buildings under high lateral loads.

HPS manufactures several different styles of helical piers for mobile homes. Mobile Home slider systems allow the home to placed over the piers with the transport vehicle. Sliders are placed into the installed piers and raised to elevation. The sliders are then welded in place. 4-1/2" diameter piers do not require cross bracing and are installed using laser leveling equipment.

Plumbing, electrical and skirting will complete the installation of this mobile home.
