New Home Construction

Surveyors rely on engineers and architects for the layout the locations of the piers. Each point will support bearing loads of the building.

Property marked and ready for helical pier installation

Certified HPS installers embed the helical piers into the earth at each designated point. Utilizing soils reports and installation experience, each pier is installed to a predetermined torque and installation depth to ensure load capacity is reached.

Screw Piles are embedded and ready to cut off at the required elevation

The piers are cut to elevation as required and tied into the re-enforced footing.

Foundation boxed and re-enforced with rebar

Manufactured Homes

Helical Piers are embedded to match the plans of the manufactured home. Depending on the wind loading the structure will experience, the piers may be further stabilized with cross bracing.

Manufactured Homes can immediately be set on top of the helical pier foundations

Skirting is added around the perimeter of the building.

skirting is added to protect the helical piers from the elements

Decking and finishing completes the installation of the building.

screw piles can be used as foundation supports for decks and ramps

Mobile Homes

Helical Piers are installed and placed into position according to design of the mobile home manufacturer.

The mobile home is placed onto the piers and welded securely to the frame of the building. Cross bracing maybe required to support the building against lateral or wind loading. Larger diameter piers are better suited for buildings under high lateral loads.

Plumbing, electrical and skirting will complete the installation of this mobile home.
